A 10x10 storage unit is approx 10ft wide by 10ft deep and fits the contents of an entire family room or two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes. The roll up doors are 7' tall on all of our 10x10 units except for the three units in Bldg-1 which are 7'3" tall. The roll up doors are 8'8'' wide on the 10x10 units in Bldgs 1, 2, & 3 and 9' wide on the units in Bldgs 5 & 6.
A 10x15 storage unit is approx 10ft wide by 15ft deep and fits the contents of three full bedrooms and larger items such as a piano, couches, tables, or large-screen TVs, plus several medium to large-sized boxes. The roll up doors are 7' tall on all of our 10x15 units except for the four units in Bldg-1, which are 8'5" tall. The roll up doors are 8'8'' wide on all of our 10x15 units except for the twelve units in Bldgs 5 & 6, which are 9' wide.
A 10x20 storage unit is approx 10ft wide by 20ft deep and is the size of a standard one-car garage. It fits the contents of a multi-bedroom house, including several oversized items like a couch, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer and a dining room set or several large boxes. The roll up doors are 8'8'' wide on the 10x20 units in Bldgs 1, 2, & 3 and 9' wide on the units in Bldgs 4, 5, & 6. The doors are 7' tall on the 10x20 units in Bldgs 2, 3, 5, & 6, the doors are 8'5" tall on the units in Bldg-1, and the doors are 7'10" tall on the units in Bldg-4.
A 10x25 unit is approx 10ft wide by 25ft deep and has the space of an over-sized single-car garage and can hold supplies of a 3-4 bedroom house with garage/lawn furniture, etc. The roll up doors are 7' tall and 8'8'' wide.
A 10x30 unit is approx 10ft wide by 30ft deep and can hold the contents of a 4-5 bedroom house, garage items, lawn furniture (or a car/boat) plus other misc. items. It is also a common size requested for commercial purposes. The roll up door on the 10x30 unit in Bldg-2 is 8'8'' wide by 7' tall, and the doors on the five 10x30 units in Bldg-5 are 9' wide by 7' tall.
A 10x35 unit is approx 10ft wide by 35ft deep and can hold the contents of a 5-6 bedroom house, garage items, lawn furniture (or a car/boat) plus other misc. items. It is also a common size requested for commercial purposes. The roll up door is 8'8'' wide by 7' tall.
Outdoor RV, Boat, Trailer Parking. This parking is on gravel with no fence or gate surrounding parking site. We do have 4k camera monitoring the facility. Every spot has a dedicated area and you can come and go as you please.
